A customer calls his service provider with an issue regarding connectivity. After dealing with the customer's issue, the following ensues:
Customer: "So that'll get me connected to the Internet, right?"
Tech Support: "Yes, sir. You will then be connected to the Internet."
Customer: "And that's the latest version of the Internet, right?"
Tech Support: "Uhh...uh...uh...yes." |

Counting Your Handhelds On Your Hands
 I'm no different than any other power user. I like gadgets, and I always find a reason or an excuse to buy what I want or what I need.
So one day I invite my new girlfriend over to my house. After getting a short tour of the house, she excuses herself to go to the bathroom. She comes out shortly thereafter and says "Oh, I think you left your PDA in the bathroom." |

 I knew I was going to have problems the day my friend Mike bought his first computer.
For years, he had come over to my house spending hours playing Microsoft Golf, Solitaire, and Minesweeper, on my various machines. He didn't know where to find the "good games", so he just played the same ones over and over again. |
